The terms applying to your purchase

GvvzcRn™ is owned and operated by Guangzhou Runchen Trading Co., Ltd. By placing an order, you acknowledge that these terms and the other policies available on the website apply to the purchase.

Product listings and order review

We make reasonable efforts to present descriptions, photos, specifications, dimensions, materials, included components, availability and pricing accurately. Minor color or appearance variations can result from lighting, display settings or normal manufacturing differences. Genuine errors may be corrected and information updated where necessary.

Submitting an order remains subject to reasonable checks of payment, inventory, delivery information, fraud risk and legal restrictions. We may reasonably refuse, limit or cancel orders for payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, material pricing or information errors, unauthorized resale or applicable legal restrictions. If a canceled order has already been paid, an appropriate refund is issued to the original method.

Authorizing a transaction and using an offer

Transactions are processed in USD. Prices, discounts, applicable shipping charges, taxes and the final total are shown before payment. By supplying payment details, you confirm their accuracy and your authorization to use the method.

Promotions may specify eligibility, exclusions, minimum spend, expiry dates or other clearly communicated conditions. Unless otherwise stated, offers cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retroactively to completed orders.

After checkout: delivery and order requests

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. U.S. standard carrier transit is generally estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch. The Shipping Policy explains additional conditions, tracking, international delivery and delayed or missing parcels.

Under the Return & Refund Policy, eligible goods may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Contact us first for authorization, instructions and the correct return warehouse address. Cancellation requests should be made within 12 hours of purchase and cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment preparation begins.

Lawful use and limits permitted by law

Products are offered for lawful use. Fraud, unauthorized resale schemes, payment abuse, misuse of promotions, interference with website or checkout systems and other unlawful activities are prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GvvzcRn™ and Guangzhou Runchen Trading Co., Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from website use, an order or a product. Statutory consumer rights, remedies, warranties and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remain unaffected.

Which version applies

Revised terms may be posted on this page. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the version in effect when an order is placed generally governs that purchase.
